Albufeira, Praia Nova, Silves, Lagos, Ponta de Piedade, Praia d Anna, Sagres, Cap St Vicente, Marthinhal, Carrapateira
Our Easter trip was to Portugal, a land trip with no diving but lot's of adventures. We stayed in a small hotel overlooking the beach and the city with only a short distance to restaurants and bars. We spent a lot of time on the beach as the weather was fantastic and it was only a short walk from the hotel (the winter in Norway is cold and snowy). We did rent a car and drove along the coast and stopped at some smaller and larger cities along the way. As it was Easter a lot of things were closed but this did not stop us from exploring the small cities along the coast and enjoying the sunshine while walk through historical sites. We stopped at a light house at the southern tip of Portugal and later we found a long stretch of beach where we lay in the warm sand before driving back to Albufeira. After some wining, dining and dancing we were off for home.
